We trace from the symptom (damp patch, dripping ceiling, pressure loss) back to the source using moisture meters and thermal imaging where the leak isn't visible, then fix at source, not at the symptom. Where the leak is under a solid floor, we'll be honest about the trade-off between trace-and-access vs re-routing the pipe overhead. ### Taps, mixers and stopcocks We supply and fit all major brands, Bristan, Grohe, Hansgrohe, Vado, Perrin & Rowe, or fit a tap you've bought yourself.
